Do you work on contingency?
No. We do not work on performance-based or equity-only arrangements. We charge for the time, expertise, and deliverables we provide—whether it’s strategic guidance, design, development, or content. We’re a small team, and (shocker) we believe our human beings deserve to be paid. Money. Not Beanie Babies.
Do you offer à la carte services?
Yes. While many clients prefer our retainer model, we also selectively take on standalone projects depending on scope, capacity, and fit.
Do you guarantee business results?
No. In fact, no serious agency does. If someone does, run for the hills! We don’t guarantee things outside of our control, and we’d rather under-promise and over-deliver than the reverse.
Can I just hire you for a one-time audit or consultation?
Yes. We offer both a “roast” and consultation to enter our world without the long-term commitment. These can act as a standalone engagement or the start of something bigger.

Are there hidden fees?
Never. We’re transparent with all pricing and timelines up front. No surprises, no add-ons unless scope changes—and even then, we document everything clearly.
Can we scale up or down as needed?
Absolutely. We’re flexible. If your needs change, we’ll work with you to adjust the scope or shift priorities.
What’s your minimum commitment?
Most retainers start with a 3-month minimum, especially for strategic or execution-heavy engagements. This gives us time to deliver meaningful results.
